- Any customer may be eligible to be part of the program.
- Krystals accrual only applies at participating Krystal Hotels operated by SFGH.
- To receive the benefits, the customer must identify himself/herself as part of the program.
- The amount paid with krystals if billed.The 10%, 12% or 15% accrual is calculated on the total, before taxes, not including tips.
- There are no extemporaneous accruals.
- The accumulation of krystals will be made when the guest checks out.
