If the travel agency requires an invoice:
1. Please contact the reservations department of each Krystal® Hotel and send the proof of payment along with your billing information to request a pro forma invoice.

2.- Upon the guest’s checkout, the final invoice will be automatically generated with the amounts broken down for tip, ISH, and VAT, and will be emailed to the agency.
Note: The invoice will be issued for the amount the agency paid to the establishment, not for the total reservation amount.
