In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”) and its Regulations (the “Regulations”), Hotelera SF, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Krystal Hotels & Resorts®”), with address at Juan Salvador Agraz # 65 Floor 20 Colonia, Santa Fe Cuajimalpa C.P. 05348, Mexico City, Federal District, informs you that all personal data collected by Krystal Hotels & Resorts® (including name, age, gender, nationality, home address, billing information, credit and/or debit and/or promotional card numbers, telephone numbers, email address, lodging preferences, special requirements, etc.) will be used, as applicable, for the following purposes:  

Guest reception and registration.
Provision of lodging services.
Provision of restaurant services.
Provision of banquet services.
Provision of event organization services.
Provision of tourism and commercial services in general.  
Billing.
Processing charges to credit and/or debit cards for services provided by Krystal Hotels & Resorts®.
Evaluations and surveys of service quality and satisfaction.
Sending promotional information, either in documentary or electronic form, related to the products and services offered by Krystal Hotels & Resorts®.  
In general, for the provision of services offered by Krystal Hotels & Resorts® and its affiliated and/or subsidiary companies.
Your personal data collected by Krystal Hotels & Resorts® will be duly protected in accordance with the security, administrative, technical, and physical provisions established in the Law and the Regulations to protect such personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure, and will be processed under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, responsibility, security, and confidentiality provided in said Law and the Regulations.  

Krystal Hotels & Resorts® informs you that your personal data collected by Krystal Hotels & Resorts® may be transferred to entities within the same group of interest as the company or those with whom it has entered into hotel operation, franchise, or similar agreements, and/or third parties, national or foreign, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the purposes for which said personal data has been provided.  

Likewise, Krystal Hotels & Resorts® informs you that, in terms of the provisions of Article 28 of the Law, you have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of your personal data, for which it is necessary that you (i) send a request regarding the personal data that belongs to you in terms of the provisions of Articles 29 and 31 of the Law, addressed to our Personal Data Protection Department, located at Juan Salvador Agraz # 65 Floor 20 Colonia, Santa Fe Cuajimalpa C.P. 05348, Mexico City, Federal District, to the attention of the person in charge of the Personal Data Protection Department, (ii) call the telephone number +(52) 55 52.61.08.08, or (iii) send an email to datos.personales@krystal-hotels.com. Similarly, you may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending a request in this regard through the means established in this paragraph.  

This Privacy Notice may be modified at any time by Krystal Hotels & Resorts®, and the respective modifications will be available for your consultation at www.krystal-hotels.com.  

In the event that Krystal Hotels & Resorts® does not receive your express opposition for your personal data to be processed in the manner and terms described above, it will be understood that you have tacitly granted your consent for it.
