It is important to consider that the rate may vary depending on the dates, the chosen plan, and the number of guests in the reservation.

COMMERCIAL OFFER PER PROPPERTY
When booking at our properties in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey, the following conditions apply:
Mexico City:
• Cancellation policy: non-refundable for cancellations from June 1 to July 7, 2026.
• Minimum 3-night stay: June 10-13, June 16-18, June 23-25, June 29-July 1, July 4-6, 2026 (match dates).
• Check-in will not be possible on the following dates: June 11, 12, 17, 18, 24, 25, 30, July 1, 5, and 6, 2026.
Monterrey:
• Cancellation policy: non-refundable on Monterrey match dates.
• Cancellation policy: No penalty up to 21 days before arrival; cancellations made 0-20 days before arrival will incur a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay (June 1 to July 7, 2026).
• Minimum 3-night stay: June 13-15, June 19-21, June 23-25, June 28-30, 2026 (match dates).
Guadalajara:
• Cancellation policy: Non-refundable for cancellations made between June 1 and July 7, 2026.
• Minimum 3-night stay: June 10-12, June 17-19, June 22-27, 2026 (match dates).
Krystal Rewards® Members:
Members of our Krystal Rewards® loyalty program are entitled to an additional 10% discount, as is their right as Krystal Rewards® members, when booking on our website https://es.krystal-hotels.com and on the official websites of Krystal Hotels & Resorts® properties, specified in the “Our Destinations” section.
