PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
This commercial offer is intended for current [1] and new [2] Krystal Hotels & Resorts® customers.
Each participant may be eligible for a commercial offer under the following conditions:
1. To begin participation, current or new Krystal Hotels & Resorts® customers must visit the website https://es.krystal-hotels.com/
2. Register by providing their full name and email address.
3. They must spin the wheel to be eligible for a commercial offer.
4. They will receive a promotional code corresponding to the commercial offer obtained and the information to validate it.
In this regard, it is important to mention that, in order to confirm that the information provided by participants is true and complete, Krystal Hotels & Resorts® may contact customers at any time.
They may also contact them later for marketing campaigns, sending new promotions and commercial offers, and they will be given the option to unsubscribe at any time.

They will be subject to inventory availability at each participating hotel.
Promotional codes do not apply to KVC Exclusive and/or Vacation Club members.
They cannot be combined with other promotions.
The promotional code corresponding to each commercial offer may be valid for bookings from September 1 to 10, 2025, and for travel from September 1 to December 19, 2025. After this date, it will expire and cannot be used.
They cannot be redeemed for cash.
In the event that the reservation is canceled, the discount already used with the promotional code entered will be forfeited.
LEGAL TERMS
Any participation in the process that is altered, falsified, or otherwise manipulated to pretend to be a winner, or that attempts to deceive in any way, will be void, and the participant will be automatically disqualified from the commercial offer, and the offender will be brought before the competent authorities.

COLLECTION
The database will be stored at the offices of Krystal Hotels & Resorts® during the commercial offer period. These measures operate within the framework of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
TICKETS ISSUED
Krystal Hotels & Resorts® will not issue or sell tickets for this commercial offer. Since it is not a game or raffle that falls under the regulatory assumptions of the Federal Law on Games and Raffles.
