Booking: May 20 through June 6, 2025.
Travel: May 26, 2025 through December 18, 2026.

Mechanics to apply promotional offer 4th night free:
This commercial offer is directed to current [1] and new [2] clients of Krystal Hotels & Resorts®.
Each participant may be eligible for a commercial offer under the following mechanics:
1.- To start with the mechanics of participation, the current or new client of Krystal Hotels & Resorts® must enter the website https://krystal-hotels.com/ or the official website of any of our properties.
2.-Enter the required fields to make a reservation, selecting 4 nights and 5 days.
3.- Enter the promotional code TRAVELFEST
4.- Continue with the reservation process..
5.- Verify that the 4th night free has been applied.


Terms & conditions:
Maximum 2 children up to 12 years old, stay free of charge in the same room shared with adults.
The free night is not transferable for another trip or for another client.
[1] Current customers: people who have previously made a reservation and stayed at one of the Krystal hotels.
[2]: New customers: people who have never made a reservation and have not previously stayed at one of the Krystal hotels.

• They are subject to the availability of inventory at each participating hotel.

• The promotional code corresponding to each commercial offer will be valid for bookings from May 26 to June 6, 2025 and for travel from May 26, 2025 to December 18, 2026..
• They cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In case the reservation is cancelled, the discount already used with the promotional code entered will be forfeited.
• The promotional offer of a 4th free night is not applicable to Vacation Club Members.

Restrictions for participating hotels:
Krystal Grand® Puerto Vallarta: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: from december 19, 2025 to january 02, 2026, from december 19, 2026 to january 02, 2027.

Bel Air SunClub® Los Cabos: this promotion does not apply to stays during the following dates: december 23, 2025 to january 01, 2026, february 12 to 16, 2026 and march 26 to april 06, 2026.

Krystal Grand® Los Cabos: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: from April 10 to April 21, 2025, from December 23, 2025 to January 1, 2026, from February 12 to February 16, 2026 and from March 26 to April 6, 2026.

Cancellation Policy Beach hotels: in case of cancellation 5 days prior to arrival date, the cost equivalent to 100% of 1 night's stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the cost equivalent to 100% of the first night will be charged. If the cancellation is made before the above mentioned dates, there will be no penalty. City hotels: In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation 72 hours prior to the arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the cancellation is made before the dates mentioned above, there will be no penalty.
