Participation Mechanics
1. Access the Krystal website www.krystal-hotels.com
2. Select travel dates, with a minimum of 3 nights and 4 days.

4. Select “Search” to choose the type of plan and room type.
5. Add the chosen option to the shopping cart
6. Fill in the requested data and finalize the reservation.
7. A booking confirmation email will be sent with a description of the promotion and instructions on how to redeem the 3 for 1 certificate for a new trip.
8. At the end of your stay with us -check out-, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you that can be used on our website.

The minimum stay required to qualify for the promotion is at least 3 nights and 4 days for beach hotels, including the Krystal Urban Cancun Beach Club. For city hotels, the minimum stay required is 2 nights, 3 days.

To obtain the certificate it is important to conclude the stay and after check-out, a promotional code valid for 2 complimentary nights for a next trip will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
To validate the certificate, you must pay for at least one night, getting the two additional nights totally free under the same conditions of the paid night. (any All Inclusive, Breakfast or European plan). The code is transferable to family or friends and is valid for one time use only. The certificate will be valid for use 6 months after check-out.
The code will be sent to the registered email address of the person who made the reservation. We recommend that you also check your SPAM folder, as the certificate may arrive there.
