Booking period: October 3 to October 19, 2025.
Travel period: October 3, 2025 to December 19, 2026.

• Up to 55% discount in all categories.
• 4th night free.
• Up to 2 children under 12 years of age stay free at selected hotels.
• 15% discount on food and beverages at the hotels Krystal® Satélite María Bárbara, Krystal® Monterrey, and Krystal Urban® Guadalajara.
• Complimentary American breakfast for 2 guests at the hotel Krystal Urban® Aeropuerto Ciudad de México.
• 10% discount on food and beverages at the hotels Krystal Urban® Ciudad Juárez and Krystal Urban® Monterrey.


Mechanics to apply the 4th night free promotional offer:
This promotional offer is intended for both current [1] and new [2] customers of Krystal® Hotels & Resorts.
Each participant may be entitled to the promotional offer under the following procedure:
1. To begin the participation process, the current or new customer of Krystal® Hotels & Resorts must access the website krystal-hotels.com/ or the official webpage of any of our properties.
2. Enter the required fields to complete the booking, selecting 4 nights and 5 days.
3. Enter the promotional code TRAVELFEST.
4. Continue with the booking process.
5. Verify that the 4th night free has been applied.


Terms and Conditions:
The free night is non-transferable to another trip or another customer.
A maximum of 2 children up to 12 years of age stay free of charge in the same room when sharing with adults, at selected hotels: Krystal Grand® Puerto Vallarta, Krystal Grand® Cancún, Krystal Grand® Los Cabos, and Krystal Grand® Nuevo Vallarta.

Limitations of promotional offers:
• The promotional offers mentioned above are subject to the inventory availability of each participating hotel.
• They may not be combined with other promotions.
• The 4th night free promotion does not aplly to Vacation Club Membres.
• The promotional code corresponding to each promotional offer may be redeemed for bookings made from October 3 to October 19, 2025, and for travel from October 3, 2025 to December 19, 2026.
• They may not be redeemed for cash.
• In the event of reservation cancellation, the discount already applied through the promotional code will be forfeited.


Restrictions applicable to participating hotels:
Krystal Grand® Los Cabos: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: December 23, 2025 to January 1, 2026; February 12 to 16, 2026; March 26 to April 6, 2026; and December 23, 2026 to January 1, 2027.

Krystal Grand® Nuevo Vallarta: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: December 19, 2025 to January 1, 2026; January 30 to February 1, 2026; February 25 to March 1, 2026; and March 29 to April 10, 2026.

Krystal Urban® Cancún: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: December 20, 2025 to January 2, 2026; and March 29 to April 6, 2026.

Krystal Urban® Guadalajara: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: June 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, and 27, 2026.

Krystal® Monterrey, Krystal Urban® Monterrey San Jerónimo: this promotion does not apply for stays during the following dates: June 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, and 30, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:
Beach hotels: If the reservation is canceled within 5 days prior to the arrival date, a penalty equivalent to 100% of 1 night’s stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the first night will be charged. If the cancellation is made before the aforementioned deadlines, no penalty will apply.
City hotels: If the reservation is canceled or modified within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the first night will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the first night will be charged. If the cancellation is made before the aforementioned deadlines, no penalty will apply.
