My Traveler Rewards
The present terms and conditions govern the loyalty program My Traveler Rewards, operated by HOTELERA SF S. DE R.L. DE C.V. with address at Juan Salvador Agraz No. 65, Piso 20, Col. Santa Fe Cuajimalpa, Delegación Cuajimalpa, México, D.F. 0534 , hereinafter referred to as THE ORGANIZER.
By being part of the My Traveler Rewards loyalty program, the participant is bound by the rules and decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which will be final and binding regarding all matters related to the program. Any violation of these terms and conditions, rules, decisions of THE ORGANIZER, as well as the established procedures or systems, will imply immediate exclusion and/or possible revocation of incentives. Enrollment in the My Traveler Rewards loyalty program is voluntary on the part of the participant and completely free.
Eligibility for the My Traveler Rewards Program
To be part of My Traveler Rewards, the participant must meet the following requirements:
i. Be an adult natural person from anywhere in the world.
ii. Be an agent who works for a legally constituted travel agency or be an independent agent, but with verifiable legal tourism activities.
iii. Be an employee of a company that has a Commercial Agreement with Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe or have a signed agreement at any of the Krystal® Hotels or Mahekal® Beach Resort.
v. Voluntarily register on the My Traveler Rewards platform at mytravelerewards.com
vi. Book through the participating channels.
vii. Register all their reservations on the My Traveler Rewards platform before the check-in date.
REGISTRATION FOR THE MY TRAVELER REWARDS PROGRAM
Participants will be considered part of the program once they have voluntarily registered on the web platform www.mytravelerewards.com , providing their travel agency or company data such as: commercial name, address, telephone, and tax ID. As well as their personal data: name, first surname, second surname, position, email, telephone, date of birth, language, type of identification document, document number, establish a username, as well as the password and accept the privacy policies. Once this process is completed, the participant will receive an email request to confirm their email, it is important to confirm it so that our internal team can approve their application. When the user is approved, they will receive a welcome email to the program and from that moment on they can start registering their reservations for the accumulation of rewards.
PROGRAM MECHANICS
1.- All current reservations made through the participating channels are eligible:
• Krystal Agent Commission Program website (retail travel agencies or agents)krystal-hotels.com/agencias/
• Mahekal® Beach Resort website www.mahekalbeachresort.com
• Krystal® Reservations Center
• Reservations Department of Krystal® Hotels
• Reservations Department of Mahekal®
• Other channels (OTA's, TTOO, Airlines, GDS, BedBanks, Consortia, Receptives, etc.)
• *Does not apply to crews, Vacation Club, Fly & Buy, Krystal International Vacation Club and KVC Exclusive.
2.- Each time the participant makes a reservation, they will obtain a confirmation key that they must register, along with the reservation details, on the My Traveler Rewards platform, in the REGULARIZATIONS section, before the check-in date, otherwise the reservation will not be eligible for reward accumulation.
The following details must be captured:
i. Channel
ii. Locator or reservation key
iii. Hotel where the reservation was generated
iv. Number of rooms
v. Room type and meal plans
vi. Arrival date, departure date
vii. Client's name
viii. Client's first surname
ix. Client's second surname
Important: Before clicking the REGULARIZE button, the user must review that they have correctly captured the information. Otherwise, our internal team could cancel the reservation due to erroneous or missing information.
Participants cannot enter the same reservation twice or another previously registered reservation. In case the participant makes any modification of dates or guest name in the reservation, it is their responsibility to make the pertinent modifications in a timely manner within the My Traveler Rewards platform, before the guest's travel date. If no action is taken (modify and/or delete the reservation) before the check-in date, the reservation will cease to be eligible for reward accumulation and will be canceled. If the trip is canceled, the participant must delete the reservation from their history. If they do not, it will appear on the platform with the status CANCELED. Every time the participant registers a new reservation, it will appear with the status of PENDING.
3.- Within a maximum period of 8 business days after the guest's check-out and the reservation is effective and fully paid, the status will change to VALIDATED and the corresponding reward will be credited to the participant's account.
4.- The reward will be credited to your My Traveler Rewards account with an equivalent of $1 dollar per room night reserved through direct channels (Krystal® Hotels & Resorts website dedicated to retail agencies and/or Mahekal® Beach Resort website, Reservations Center, Reservations Department of Krystal® Hotels or Mahekal® Beach Resort) or $0.50 cents of a dollar when booking through other participating channels.
Important: Reservations made by Vacation Club, Fly & Buy, Krystal International Vacation Club, KVC Exclusive, crews, and groups do not participate. Once the guest checks in, the reservation can no longer be registered on the platform.
REWARD ASSIGNMENT
When the reservation is effective, paid, and duly reconciled by our internal team, up to 8 business days after the check-out date, the reservation will appear as VALIDATEDand the My Traveler Rewards platform will automatically assign the reward to the user's profile. If the user has sufficient available balance, they can exchange it for cash back in their bank account (terms and conditions apply) or for a gift card for purchases on Amazon.
The accumulation of rewards on the My Traveler Rewards platform is viewed in the REGULARIZATIONS section, where it may have the following statuses:
PENDING: if the travel date has not yet been met or when an effective stay is pending collection by company credit. This status will change once the collection is made.
VALIDATED: if the reservation was effective and fully paid.
REJECTED: when the reservation that the participant registered in My Traveler Rewards does not match or is not found in Innsist.
CANCELED: if the reservation appears in Innsist as No show or if it was canceled by the user, but the participant did not cancel it on the My Traveler Rewards platform.
INCOMPLETE: if the registered reservation does not have all the information required to validate it against the records in Innsist.
DUPLICATE: if the reservation has already been registered by another agent/secretary or the agent is entering it more than once, this status will be selected.
The accumulated reward will be valid for one year from the assignment date.
PRIZES AND REDEMPTION:
Participants can redeem their accumulated rewards when they have sufficient available balance, starting from $25 USD for an Amazon gift card and cash back. The reward accumulates in the account's history and the participant can view it at any time and redeem it in the REWARDS section where they will find 3 types of prizes:
1.- Check to be valid at any hotel in the Krystal® or Mahekal® Beach Resort chain.
o Reward currently unavailable.
2.- Gift card for Amazon.com.
3.- Cash back*
The participant must have sufficient available balance to make the exchange (starting from 25USD). Once the product to be redeemed is selected, the amount for the acquisition of the reward will be automatically discounted.
Important: The Cash Back redeemed within the My Traveler Rewards platform will generate a management fee for the participant.
*Transfers for cashback require updated and accurate bank details. Incorrect data resulting in failed transactions or returns will incur additional costs, which will be borne by the beneficiary. The determination of the obligation to pay any type of taxes, commissions, courier costs, or fees generated by the rewards issued is the absolute and total responsibility of the participant who requested them.

For any questions related to the use of the platform, contact kgalvan@krystal-hotels.com during the hours of Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
RESTRICTIONS
The indicated prizes do not include any other benefit and/or service additional to or different from those stipulated in the rules. THE ORGANIZER of the program will not assume any expenses of any kind. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify the prize for similar ones if deemed necessary.
TERMINATION OF PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
The participant may resign from My Traveler Rewards at any time by sending a notification via email to kgalvan@krystal-hotels.com stating the reasons for the cancellation of their registration.
THE ORGANIZER may cancel a user's participation in the Program with immediate effect for reasons such as:
• Providing erroneous, falsified, or non-authentic information for registration or necessary for the program's development.
• Ceasing to work for the participating company with which a commercial agreement exists, in the case of commercial account executives.
• Providing unauthorized access to their user account on the platform to a non-authorized person.
• Misusing the modules and information that make up the program platform.
In the event that the travel agent or commercial account executive ceases to work for the current company, they must notify it by email and register with the details of the new company.
CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION, OR MODIFICATIONS OF THE PROGRAM
THE ORGANIZER may decide at its sole discretion and without any liability, to suspend, terminate, or modify the My Traveler Rewards program. Modifications are understood to be all those conditions that change the rewards, mechanics, redemption dates, reward expiration, or special provisions of the program. The decision will be communicated to the professionals with at least 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance. The means of communication will be at the discretion of THE ORGANIZER and may be: email or publication on the My Traveler Rewards platform. In the case of the termination of the My Traveler Rewards program, all balances accumulated by the participants will be canceled, and THE ORGANIZER will have no liability with respect to the accumulated amounts and rewards not redeemed or used by the participants.
DATA SECURITY
Data Encryption
All information of the My Traveler Rewards program participants that is transmitted to and from THE ORGANIZER's browsers is done through security protocols, which means that the information will be transmitted in encrypted form. In turn, information such as user data, password, or any information of the participant that allows for the development or participation within the My Traveler Rewards program is also saved in encrypted form in the databases. By using the My Traveler Rewards program platform and/or requesting their information by email, the user authorizes the responsible party or organizer to access the platform through the security mechanisms and means it has to provide the purposes established in our Privacy Notice.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
All rights and obligations resulting from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. THE ORGANIZER will not be liable in case it cannot comply with these terms and conditions due to cases of force majeure or acts of God or another change in the law or for any other reason beyond its control. The My Traveler Rewards program reserves the right to deduct rewards erroneously credited to a participant, also reserving the right to award supplementary rewards for specific promotional campaigns, which will be communicated in a timely manner to My Traveler Rewards members. For the purposes of such rewards, the program reserves the right to award them to a portion or segment of the program members, according to the parameters of a specific promotion or as deemed convenient, without this becoming an obligation of award for all participants. In case of the death of the holder, the accumulated reward will be canceled, and THE ORGANIZER will have no liability with respect to the accumulated amounts and rewards not redeemed or used by the participants. A My Traveler Rewards member may be a partner in the Krystal Rewards® loyalty program at the same time. In these cases, the accumulation of rewards will take place in the corresponding program and not in both. Checks for Krystal® & Mahekal® Beach Resort Hotels are subject to the availability of each hotel, restrictions apply
