If the Travel Agency requires an invoice:
Must contact the reservations department of each Krystal® Hotel and send proof of payment, along with your tax information, to request a pro forma invoice.

Upon the guest's departure, the final invoice will be automatically generated with itemized amounts for gratuity, ISH (Tax on Services), and VAT, and will be sent to the agency via email.
Note: The invoice will be for the amount the agency paid to the hotel, not for the total reservation cost.
