When you book through our official website at any of our Krystal hotels, we will give you a triple Krystal bonus that you can use for your next trip.
If you have enough Krystals, you can pay for dinner, overnight stays and other services.
To get triple Krystals you must follow the following steps:
Be a member of the Krystal Rewards loyalty program, if you are not yet registered, sign up from June 1 to July 31, 2024 at krystal-hotels.com
1.- Go to the top menu and click on “KRYSTAL REWARDS”. 
2.- Click on continue with your data or register with Facebook/Google.
3.- If you click on continue with your data, fill out the registration form. Before continuing, check the box “I want to receive commercial information”. 
It is very important that you log in before booking.
Make sure you are logged in as a Krystal Rewards member to get both the additional 10% discount and the Triple Krystals bonus.
Choose your hotel and travel dates from June 1 to September 1, 2024 and enter the promotional code KRYSTALES. 
When you choose your travel dates, you will see the promo code KRYSTALES as well as your membership level.
When you choose your room, you will see the KRYSTALES add-on.
To get the bonus, it is very important that you add the add-on before completing your booking by clicking the ADD button. 
Click on the SAVE button 
Click on the ADD TO BOOKING button.
Go to the shopping cart. Before clicking on the CONTINUE button, make sure that your added value is reflected.
Extra: KRYSTALES, as well as the promotional code. KRYSTALES. 
Fill in your reservation data. In the Summary, your added value should appear.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. In details, you will see the KRYSTALES supplement, as well as the description of the reservation. When you check out, you will be credited with triple Krystals according to your membership level.
Terms & conditions
Registered Krystal Rewards members who check-in before September 1, 2024, will receive triple Bonus Krystals for their stay. Only one triple bonus per guest applies during the promotion period.
This offer is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Bonus Krystals will appear in your account from the moment you complete your stay. Remember that each accumulated Krystal is equivalent to one peso.
The term “stay” refers to the total number of consecutive nights a guest spends at the same hotel, regardless of whether he/she checks out and then checks back in at that hotel.
Offer is not valid for groups and cannot be combined with other exclusive offers. Krystals cannot be exchanged for cash. *If you have enough Krystals, you may pay for up to one stay with us. The payment of the stay is before taxes.
