Commercial offer:
This commercial offer is directed to current [1] and new [2] clients of Krystal Hotels & Resorts® where they can book based on the rates published on our website, taking into account that this commercial offer has a base rate already including taxes, VAT and ISH (lodging tax) in double room, per night in all inclusive plan (beach hotels) and in lodging only plan (city hotels and Acapulco).
However, it is important to consider that the rate may vary depending on the dates, plan chosen and number of occupants in the reservation.
Minimum rates offered per hotel:
The promotion of up to 2 free children in participating hotels must be 12 years old and will stay free of charge in the same room shared with adults.
At Krystal® Acapulco, free parking is offered during the guest's stay.
At Krystal Grand® Cancun, we offer free airport-hotel-airport transportation in the following categories and nights:
- Minimum 1 night in Altitude Corner, Altitude Master and Presidential room categories.
- Minimum 2 nights in Deluxe Ocean Front, Superior, Honeymoon, Altitude and Altitude King Ocean Front room categories.
- Minimum 3 nights in Standard City View, Partial Ocean View and Run of the House.
In addition, the client will be eligible for an additional 10% discount by being a member of Krystal Rewards® by booking on our website https://www.krystal-hotels.com/ and at Krystal Hotels® properties.
The customer will have the option to pay until arriving at the hotel and the option of 9 months interest free, only by purchasing on the website.
Limitations of promotional offers:
- They will be subject to the inventory availability of each participating hotel.
- In case there is no availability in the selected rate, the rates available at the time of the request will be displayed.
- They are not cumulative with other promotions, except with the 10% Krystal Rewards.
- In case the reservation is cancelled, the rate may change.
- Does not apply for group reservations

Cancellation policy:
Beach hotels: in case of cancellation 5 days prior to arrival date, the cost equivalent to 100% of 1 night's stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the cost equivalent to 100% of the first night will be charged.
If the cancellation is made before the above mentioned dates, there will be no penalty.
City hotels: In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation 72 hours prior to the arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the cancellation is made before the dates mentioned above, there will be no penalty.

[2]: New customers: people who have never made a reservation and have not previously stayed at one of the Krystal hotels.
