This offer has two different stages:
1. Exclusive presale for members of our Krystal Rewards® loyalty program, who can book from November 18 to 23, 2025, with an additional 15% discount on the discounts and rates published on our websites. Please note that this offer is subject to applicable taxes, including VAT and ISH (lodging tax). Only at the Krystal Grand® Cancun hotel can you obtain an additional 10% discount. To take advantage of this discount, you must log in to the website to see the offer.
2. General Public Sale:
This offer is aimed at current [1] and new [2] customers of Krystal Hotels & Resorts®, who can book with a discount when booking 1 to 3 nights, and a larger discount when booking 4 or more nights. All of the above applies to the rates published on our websites. Please note that this offer is subject to applicable taxes, including VAT and ISH (lodging tax).
It is important to consider that the rate may vary depending on the dates, the chosen plan, and the number of guests in the booking.
Additionally, up to two children aged 12 and under can stay free of charge when sharing the same room with adults at participating hotels and dates.
