Important: To make the certificate valid, you must pay at least one night, getting two additional nights totally free in the same conditions of the paid night (any plan whether All Inclusive, Breakfast or European). The code is transferable to family and friends and is valid for one use only. The certificate will be valid for use for 6 months after check-out.
The Certificate will be redeemed through our Krystal Reservation Center by following the steps below:

2. Mention the digital gift certificate as well as the promotional code.
3. Quote the night(s) to be paid for.
4. Make the reservation with the telephone operators.
5. The client will be asked to send his/her Gift Certificate via e-mail to the Reservation Center.
6. Once the Reservation Center has the certificate, it will send the confirmation of the reservation with the 2 complimentary nights in the same meal plan of the night(s) reserved. To guarantee the reservation, it will be necessary that the payment of the reserved night(s) is paid. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
7.- It is important to keep the digital gift certificate, you will be asked to show it at check in.
The complimentary nights are valid in the same meal plan, as well as the same contracted room category and number of occupants (maximum 4 per room, one room) in double occupancy category.

Not applicable for reservations during high occupancy periods such as Dec. 21 - Jan. 2, Holy Week, Easter week, long weekends and holidays, etc. Promotion subject to inventory availability, not combinable with other promotions.
