This promotional offer is open to the public; participants may qualify for an offer based on the following procedure:

- Register your full name and email address.
- Spin the wheel to qualify for a promotional offer.
- You will receive a promotional code corresponding to the offer obtained, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

Krystal® Hotels & Resorts is limited to providing the quantities allocated to each promotional offer. Once these quantities are exhausted, the offer may be considered concluded.
The aforementioned promotional offers do not apply to travel during the following periods:
- Not valid during Holy Week (Semana Santa), long weekends, or public holidays.
- December 18, 2026, to January 4, 2027.
Offers are subject to inventory availability at each participating hotel.
Promotional codes do not apply to KVC Exclusive and/or Vacation Club members.
Does not apply to the Krystal Agent Commission Program.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions.
The promotional code for each offer is valid for bookings made between September 1 and September 7, 2026; the code will expire after this date and can no longer be used.
Offers cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the reservation is cancelled, the discount applied via the promotional code will be forfeited.

Any participation in the process that is altered, falsified, or otherwise manipulated to claim a win, or that is intended to deceive in any way, will be voided; the participant will be automatically disqualified from the promotion, and the offender will be reported to the competent authorities.
