
KRYSTAL AGENT COMMISSION PROGRAM
1. Program Objective
Welcome to the Krystal Agent Commission Program® from Krystal® Hotels & Resorts. By registering as a travel agency or independent travel agent, you gain access to a business opportunity with an attractive commission for every successful booking made at any of our Krystal® Hotels through our booking engine.

2. Net Rate Commission Model
This is a significant advantage, as the agency/agent will deduct the applicable commission directly from the total payment received from the client. The agency/agent will then pay the net amount to the hotel.
3. Booking and Payment Process
Room Selection: During room selection in the booking engine, two types of rates will be displayed:
- Total Rate (before taxes): This is the amount the agency/agent must charge the client.
- Net Rate (before taxes): This is the amount the agency/agent must pay the hotel.
Confirmation and Payment: Once the reservation is added to the cart and the customer's information is completed, clicking "CONFIRM RESERVATION" will redirect you to the payment gateway.
Payment must be made in a single installment using a credit or debit card in the name of the agency and/or registered agent.
IMPORTANT: The agency/agent must pay the net rate to the establishment.
Pending reservations: If payment is not completed immediately, the reservation will remain in "PENDING CONFIRMATION" status for a maximum of 24 hours. If payment is not received in full within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the reservation and notify all parties involved.
4. Commission Calculation
The commission is calculated on the total reservation amount, including taxes.

Payment responsibility: The agency/agent is responsible for collecting 100% of the total cost of the booking from the client and deducting their commission portion before settling the net amount to the establishment through our payment gateway.
5. Additional Considerations
Tourist Tax: Guests should be notified that they will be required to pay an additional "tourist tax" directly at the hotel upon arrival.
*Hotels with Taxes Included: Some hotels, such as Krystal Grand® Cancún, Krystal Grand® Los Cabos, Krystal Grand® Puerto Vallarta, and Krystal Grand® Nuevo Vallarta, display the rate with taxes included in the search results. Other hotels add taxes at the end of the booking process.
6. Billing
Pre-invoice request: The agency/agent must contact the corresponding hotel's Reservations Department.
Required documents: Send proof of payment and complete tax information to request the pre-invoice.
Final invoice issuance: The final invoice will be automatically issued upon the guest's departure and sent to the agency/agent.
Important note: The invoice will be issued only for the "net cost" paid by the agency to the hotel, not for the total reservation amount charged to the client.
7. Modifications and Cancellations
Any modification and/or cancellation of the reservation is subject to our current cancellation policies and must be managed through our contact channels:
