My Traveler Rewards

These terms and conditions govern My Traveler Rewards® loyalty program, operated by HOTELERA SF S. DE R.L. DE C.V., located at Juan Salvador Agraz No. 65, Floor 20, Col. Santa Fe Cuajimalpa, Cuajimalpa Delegation, Mexico City, 05348, hereinafter referred to as THE ORGANIZER.

By joining the My Traveler Rewards® loyalty program, the participant agrees to be bound by the rules and decisions of THE ORGANIZER, which shall be final and binding regarding all matters related to the program. Any violation of these terms and conditions, rules, or decisions made by THE ORGANIZER, as well as established procedures or systems, will result in immediate exclusion and the possible revocation of incentives.

Enrollment in the My Traveler Rewards® loyalty program is voluntary and completely free of charge.

ELIGIBILITY FOR MY TRAVELER REWARDS®

To be part of My Traveler Rewards®, participants must meet the following requirements:

• Individuals of legal age from Mexico, United Stated, Canada & LATAM
• Participants must be an agent working for a legally established travel agency or an independent agent with verifiable legal tourism activities or an employee of a company that has a Commercial Agreement with Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe or have a signed agreement with any Krystal® Hotels.
• Voluntary registration on the My Traveler Rewards® platform at https://mytravelerewards.com is required.
• Bookings must be made through participating channels.
• All reservations must be registered on the My Traveler Rewards® platform before the check-in date.

REGISTRATION FOR THE MY TRAVELER REWARDS® PROGRAM

Participants are considered part of the program once they have voluntarily registered on https://mytravelerewards.com and provide travel agency or company data such as: trade name, address, telephone number, and tax ID.

Personal data must also be provided: name, first surname, second surname, position, email, telephone, date of birth, language, type of identification document, document number, username, password, and acceptance of privacy policies.

Once this process is complete, the participant will receive an email request to confirm their email address; this confirmation is essential for our internal team to approve the application.

When the user is approved, they will receive a welcome email, and from that moment, they can start registering reservations to accumulate rewards.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

1. All current reservations made through the following participating channels are eligible for rewards:
Agents:

• Krystal® Agent Commission Program official website: https://krystal-agent.com/
For Canadian agents: Air Canada Vacations, WestJet Vacations, Sunwing Vacations, Sunquest/Travel Brands.
Executives with commercial agreement:

• Reservation Departments of any Krystal® Hotels.

*Does not apply to crews, Vacation Club, Fly & Buy, Krystal International Vacation Club, KVC Exclusive, and Online Travel Agencies.

2. Each time a participant makes a reservation, they will obtain a reservation number or booking ID that must be registered along with the booking details on My Traveler Rewards® platform on MY RESERVATIONS section before the check-in date. Otherwise, the reservation will not be eligible for rewards.
The following data must be captured:
- Supplier
- Booking ID or Reservation Number
- Hotel
- Number of rooms
- Typology and meal plans
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Guest's name and surnames

Important: Before clicking the “Register My Reservation” button, the user must ensure all information is correct; otherwise, our internal team may cancel the reservation due to incorrect or missing information. Participants cannot enter the same reservation twice or register a previously registered booking.

If the participant modifies the dates or guest name, it is their responsibility to update this on the platform in a timely manner before the guest's travel date. Failure to modify or delete a reservation before check-in will result in the reservation becoming ineligible and being canceled. If a trip is canceled, the participant must remove it from their history.

Each new reservation registered will appear with a PENDING status.

3. Within a period of 8 business days after the guest's check-out, the status will change to VALIDATED, and the corresponding reward will be credited to the participant's account.

4. The reward will be credited to the My Traveler Rewards® account at an equivalence of:


REWARD ASSIGNMENT

When the reservation is effective, paid, and validated by our internal team (up to 8 business days after check-out), it will appear as VALIDATED. The platform will automatically assign the reward to the user's profile. If the user has sufficient available balance, they can redeem it for cash back to their bank account (terms and conditions may apply) or an Amazon e- card.

The rewards can be viewed in My Reservations section, showing the following:

PENDING: Travel date has not yet passed, or payment is pending for company credit.

VALIDATED: Reservation was effective and paid in full.

REJECTED: Registration data does not match or is not found in the system.

CANCELED: Reservation appears as a No-show or was canceled by the user but not updated on the rewards platform.

INCOMPLETE: Missing required information to validate against PMS records.

DUPLICATE: Reservation was already registered by another agent or entered more than once.

Accumulated rewards are valid for one year from the date of assignment.

PRIZES AND REDEMPTION

Participants can redeem their accumulated rewards once they reach a minimum balance of $25 USD/CAD for Amazon gift cards and cash back. The history is viewable at any time in the REWARDS section, offering three types of prizes:

1. Hotels nights at any Krystal® Hotel *Not available at this time.
2. Amazon.com gift card.
3. Cash back*
The participant must have a sufficient balance to redeem ($25 USD for Mexico, USA, and Latin America; $25 CAD for Canada). Once a product is selected, the amount is automatically deducted.
Important: Cash Back redemptions will incur a management fee.
*Cash back transfers require accurate and updated banking information. Incorrect data leading to failed transactions or returns will incur additional costs to be covered by the beneficiary.
The determination and payment of any taxes, commissions, courier costs, or fees generated by the issued rewards are the sole and total responsibility of the participant.

RESTRICTIONS

Indicated prizes do not include any additional benefits or services not stipulated in the rules. THE ORGANIZER will not assume any expenses of any kind. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify the price for similar ones if deemed necessary.

TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

A participant may resign from My Traveler Rewards® at any time by sending an email request to mytravelerrewards@gsf-hotels.com stating the reasons for cancellation.
THE ORGANIZER may cancel a user's participation immediately for reasons such as:
• Providing false or non-authentic information.
• Providing unauthorized access to their account.
• Misusing the platform modules or information.

If an agent or executive leaves their current company, they must notify via email and register with their new company details.

CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION, OR MODIFICATIONS

THE ORGANIZER may, at its sole discretion and without liability, suspend, terminate, or modify the My Traveler Rewards® program. Modifications include changes to rewards, mechanics, redemption dates, or expiration.

Decisions will be communicated at least 30 calendar days in advance via email or the platform. In the event of program termination, all accumulated balances will be voided, and THE ORGANIZER will have no liability regarding unredeemed rewards.


DATA SECURITY

Data Encryption: All participant information moving to and from THE ORGANIZER's browsers is handled through security protocols, meaning information is transmitted in encrypted form. Data such as passwords and user details are also stored in encrypted form. By using the platform, the user authorizes the organizer to access the platform through security mechanisms to fulfill the purposes established in the Privacy Notice.


GENERAL PROVISIONS

All rights and obligations resulting from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. THE ORGANIZER shall not be liable for failure to comply due to force majeure, acts of God, or other changes in the law beyond its control.
The program reserves the right to deduct rewards erroneously credited or award supplemental rewards for specific promotional campaigns. These may be targeted to specific segments of members as deemed appropriate.
In the event of the holder's death, accumulated rewards will be voided.
A My Traveler Rewards® member CANNOT be a member of the Krystal Rewards® loyalty program at the same time. Rewards will be accumulated in the corresponding program, not both.
